Highly Recommended !! It is a completely amazing place to learn yoga and get healthy and fit. Very comfortable and family like environment. In fact teachers provide you with an exercise module suited to your needs and requirements. From personal experience, I can say that you would feel the difference in yourself within 4-5 days. I, myself, am so much satisfied with the classes.

Highly Recommended !! Yoga here is taught by sushma mam. I really appreciate her dedication towards yoga and her students. I have searched for many yoga centres but it is the best yoga centre. Everyday she teaches us new and different concepts and exercises which we enjoy when doing. She pays attention to ever student needs and problems.
